Data controller

What data I collect
I only collect the data you enter in the contact form: first and last name, email, type of collaboration, message and, if you provide it, the company you work for. If you write to me on WhatsApp or by email, I process the data in your message.
Why I use it
I use this data only to reply to your request and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). I don’t use your data for newsletters or advertising and I don’t sell it to anyone.
How long I keep it
I keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together: in that case the retention periods required by law for accounting and tax records apply.
Who can see it
The data is processed by me. To run the website and send emails I rely on technical providers acting as data processors: the website hosting service and the email delivery service. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR (such as standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format. Just write to me. If you believe the processing is not lawful, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
