Eurodent
The portal connecting a dental lab to more than 50 dental practices: prescriptions, 3D files and job status in one place.
The problem
The lab received prescriptions, photos and 3D scans from more than 50 practices, about 700 cases a month, by email, WeTransfer and phone. Information arrived incomplete or in different formats, files had to be hunted down, and nobody could see at a glance where a job stood: practices had to call to find out.
What I built
A single portal for desktop, tablet and phone, with two separate areas: one for the practices and one for the lab.
Practice area
- Guided prescriptions with tooth chart, implants, shade and an automatically calculated shipping date
- Uploads of 3D scans, photos and PDFs that resume where they stopped if the connection drops
- Drafts saved automatically and the status of every job always visible
Lab area
- Real-time dashboard, as a table or a weekly shipping calendar
- Acceptance, try-ins, returns and job closing, with a history of every change
- Permissions by department and job type, CSV and PDF export

The result
Live since October 2026 and used by the lab and the practices. It replaced email and WeTransfer: prescriptions and files arrive complete in one place, the lab sees in real time what comes in and what ships, and practices no longer need to call to check on a job.
