Ordering platform and management software
PokeManager
Management software for poke restaurants and an ordering site for customers: digital menu, build your own bowl, table orders by QR code and takeaway.

The problem
A poke restaurant ran its menu and orders with disconnected tools: a static menu to redo at every price change, orders taken only at the counter and no digital channel for takeaway or table ordering. It also needed a solution ready to serve other restaurants of the same kind without rewriting the software each time.
What I built
A multi-restaurant web platform with two connected parts: the site customers use and the back office the owner uses. The first live restaurant is Pokedo, in San Miniato.
Restaurant site
- Digital menu translated automatically, with an allergen filter
- Guided flow to build your own bowl, with rules for each size
- Takeaway orders with pickup time and table orders by QR code
Back office
- Real-time orders with statuses and sound alerts, automatic kitchen tickets
- Menu, prices and availability editable in seconds
- Tables with QR codes, and new restaurants activated with separate data
Technologies
- React
- TypeScript
- Vite
- Python
- Flask
- SQLite
- Vercel
The result
Used every day: Pokedo receives and manages orders from the back office and customers order from the site, for takeaway or at the table. The menu updates in seconds, and I cut the images from about 200 MB to about 19 MB for a much faster mobile site.
