Preventivi AI
An AI assistant that writes and updates quotes through chat, checks the client’s history and always leaves the final word on prices to a person.
The problem
Every quote was a multi-page proposal with the same structure, laid out by hand in Figma. Each time the copy had to be rewritten, totals and discounts recalculated and consistency checked again: adding one feature meant updating timelines, costs and goals, and it was easy to miss a section.
What I built
A quote generator inside custom management software, with an AI assistant that works on the document alongside whoever is writing it.
Editor
- Block editor with standard sections and ready-made clauses
- Totals, discounts and monthly costs calculated automatically
- Preview identical to the final PDF, paginated automatically
AI assistant
- Natural language edits that also update the related sections
- Looks up clients, jobs, documents and past quotes, and reads PDFs, spreadsheets and images
- Changes highlighted in blue with before and after prices, to confirm or discard

The result
Quotes start in the right format, with sections and clauses ready, and are refined by talking to the assistant instead of rewriting everything. When the project changes, related copy, timelines and costs update in one go, while pricing always stays in human hands.
